Gamers in Springfield MO August 3rd

8/1/2015

I am curious to know if there is any local gaming clubs or events in the Springfield area that I do not already know about.  I'm not really into PC Gaming, but more looking for XBOX 360, ONE, PS3, PS4, Wii, Wii U, or other console LANs or tournaments.

What would you think about the store getting into a monthly or quarterly tournament?  I would love to eventually do Smash Bros, Halo, Call of Duty, Madden or other multi player games.

Thoughts?  Shoot me a message through the CONTACT page.

Thanks!

Fred

I'm not aware of any tournaments locally myself, but would be very interested in participating!

I think it would be fun to Lan Halo. I would prefer to just play to have fun. I probably wouldn't go to a tournament though.

The super smash bros community in Springfield is growing rapidly and have been looking for a venue for tournaments for quite some time. We can provide all set ups needed, we just need a place to play.

Super Smash Bros Melee and Smash 4 for sure. Our communities have been growing incredibly quick, and we can get some out of region players to attend as well. Smash tournaments typically have a $5-$10 venue fee that the hosts receive in full for allowing us to use their venue, and there are separate fees for each event (singles, doubles, etc.)
Contact me at my email provided and we can certainly make it happen.

I'd love smash 4. I'd for sure shoe up to tourneys even though I'm bad. :3

I think super smash bros melee would be the best game to have. A lot of springfield players have experience running these sort of events.
